The Addams Family
October 23-November 8, 2015
Fri & Sat at 8PM, Sun at 2PM
A musical that is creepy, spooky and kooky fun for the whole family!
The Addams Family features every father’s nightmare. Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family. A man her parents have never met. And if that weren’t upsetting enough, she confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before — keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents.

"The Addams Family" is a totally delightful, and hysterical production! The pit was great, the costumes were lovely, and the entire cast really brought the characters to life. The cast boasts some incredible voices, and everyone had excellent comedic timing. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the production. It was the perfect ending to the Halloween weekend. Congratulations on a great show!

Congratulations to the cast and crew of "The Addams Family The Musical" on a smashing opening weekend. At the heart of this show that truly has everything -- terrific music, singing, and dancing, spectacular costumes, staging and set -- is a touching story about relationships and family beautifully portrayed by the entire cast.

They ARE creepy and spooky! They're the Addams Family!! What a great show! With a really creative & realistic set as their backdrop, wonderful costumes, and a fabulous orchestra, the actors had the perfect stage for a hit performance. Great vocals and characterization made my favorite "family" come to life in a believable way. Loved it all!! Luckily, I've already bought tickets to see it again on Halloween!

The Addams Family Invites you to Their Crypt at Geauga Theater
The musical story of The Addams Family, directed by Lisa-Marie French, is perfect for the Halloween season. The familiar family has older children and new challenges that even involve a crypt full of ancestors!
The daughter Wednesday (played by Hannah Kulawiak) is older and unexpectedly falling in love with a "normal" person. What will her parents say? Morticia and Gomez (Allison Lehr and Paul Josell) are understandably confused and a little upset. When the future in-laws show up, things get really interesting.
They're kooky and they're creepy, but what family doesn't have those moments? The cast of The Addams Family at Geauga Lyric Theater, running October 23 through November 8, agree with those sentiments. The cast has repeatedly remarked that the GLTG family has been warm and welcoming, and they are enjoying preparing the tale of dysfunctional relatives to present to packed audiences.
Don't miss your opportunity to see The Addams Family, on our stage for the first time. On October 25, after the matinee, enjoy the beautiful vocals of Sarah Edwards-Maag, in her debut solo concert Rhythm and Boos. There will be another chance after the 8pm October 31st showing of The Addams Family—there will be a midnight concert of Rhythm and Boos!
Tickets for The Addams Family and Rhythm and Boos are on sale now. Call the box office at 440-286-2255, or go to the website at www.geaugatheater.org. The historic Geauga Theater is located on beautiful Chardon Square at 101 Water Street, Chardon, Ohio. Special thanks to our Marquee Sponsor The Middlefield Banking Company!
